Having been doing a good job avoiding the spotlight these days, John Mayer was spotted out for a wintertime walk in New York City on Monday afternoon (December 6).
Bundled up as he braved the chilly climate, the "Gravity" singer listened to his headphones while slowly but surely making his way down the Big Apple streets.
The sighting comes just as it's being reported that Mayer has put his Los Angeles bachelor pad on the market for $1.3 million.
According to Real Estalker, the 33-year-old's place is 3,648 square-foot with four-bedrooms with Mayer-esque decorating including "swanky furniture, cozy fireplaces, purple velvet curtains and a disco ball."
